The workshop will cover the steps that an entrepreneur can use to build a successful sales plan. Entrepreneurs will use their knowledge gained in the growth strategy webinars to develop a detailed and ready to implement sales plan based on a particular growth strategy. Participants will learn: 1. What is a business sales plan. 2. The steps used in developing an effective sales plan. 3. How to implement their sales plan using the AIDA system. 4. How to track their sales targets as defined by their sales plan.
